Implementing fiber network infrastructure is not a straight forward job. It disrupt affected local area due to physical works that needs to be done. The cost can be expensive and time consuming as well. In order to ensure successful project implementation, CableONE is capable to plan, design and implement fiber network infrastructures constructions for small and large scale project inclusive of InterCountry, Interstate and metro fiber. We understand the overall process such handling municipality rules, regulations and permits; managing sites areas and ensuring safety procedures are follow according to the guidelines.
Our approach in implementing fiber network infrastructure are using micro trenching ( also known as slot-cut trenching) and horizontal directional drilling works.
i. Micro trenching offers substantial benefits over traditional methods as it involves using a diamond circular saw to cut a 0.75 – 1.5 inch wide, 4 inch deep trench. Microduct is installed in the bottom of the trench and it is then backfilled and sealed.
ii. Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) is a method of installing underground pipelines, cables and service conduit through trenchless methods. It involves the use of a directional drilling machine, and it’s associated attachments, to accurately drill along the chosen bore path and back ream the required pipe.
